What is your return policy for laboratory supplies?
For domestic orders within Australia, we have a 7-day return policy. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for international orders or certain non-returnable items such as custom products and hazardous materials.
Are there any exceptions to your return policy?

How long does shipping take for orders within Australia?
We typically ship orders within 2-5 business days. Delivery time estimates vary by destination, with most orders arriving within 1 to 8 business days depending on the location. Please note that handling time of 2-5 business days should be added to these estimates.
What are the shipping costs for my order?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $20 for orders within Australia. Additionally, orders over $200 qualify for free shipping, excluding rural and regional areas. Shipping costs for bulky orders or those to rural/regional areas will be calculated separately.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
